Default FS: 1967 Conv.

SOLD

For Sale: 1967 Convertible

Located in Apopka, FL (just outside of Orlando). Generally the paint and car is in excellent shape from an older restoration. It is a non-original engine (350) with a bit of a cam, runs and sounds great. The car has a hardtop and hardtop stand as well which is not pictured.

Recently checked out by Dewey of Dewey's Just Vettes, so a local expert is available for an opinion if you like.

SOLD!

Additional pictures are here: (fixed URL)

Thanks for looking!

Why is the VIN on the document different from the photo of the VIN tag?

It's a misprint on the document.

My guess is that it is a repo sticker & someone mistyped a #.

Hi all - I had a deal on this but it ended up falling through, and am just now getting time to advertise it again. Reduced asking price to $42k.

If anyone is really interested in this car let's make a deal. 407-859-7400 or andy-ray@usa.net

Thanks!

And now you know why they use "fife" and "niner" when on the radio.

First time I've seen a 350 engine listed on a window sticker for a '67.

Gorgeous car.

Default That is correct.

Read it again - it says 350 HP, as in 350 horsepower. That is the correct listing for the L79 327 CID/350 HP optional engine. I know that for sure as my '67 L79 reads exactly the same way on the original widow sticker and bill of sale (also from Rosenthal Chevrolet!), and I'm the second owner - for the past 40 years!

The confusion may be because he did say that the car now has a NOM 350 engine. That's CID, not HP as in the original L79.

Cut the guy a little slack!

That window sticker had to be what a lot of them looked like in terms of options ordered for that year. That is the way I would done it. L79 with a close ratio and a radio. I wouldn't have needed much more than that. That is one pretty color.
