Yes and there is a die cast also. Car was also featured in Vette Magazine awhile back being performance compared to a late model. The owner is a very talented driver and also has a hot wide body 2nd gen Camaro.

I'm not sure it was this specific car that was in the movie? But I'm pretty sure they got the idea for that car based on it. I've seen a you tube clip with the owner and the Camaro in the background as well. The guy set up both cars like that years ago for autocross. It's been a while since I've seen it but they go into detail about what that car can do. It's awesome!

Here are some pics I took at the World of Wheels in Rosemont, IL a couple weekends ago. The Corvette that was in the movie was featured (as were all the rest of the cars)...This is at least one of the cars they used. I tried to get as many angles as I could but that sign in front of the car was tough to work with. Notice the Corvette in the original post has a clear spoiler on the back. The one pictured here does not.

They built a few "copies" of this car for F&F8.

I am surprised the CorvetteForum article missed that... at the same time I am happy they focused on Brian's car instead of the copies.
