Default Anyone post a pic of T-Tops stored using stock straps?

May sound dumb but I have a huge T-Top bag that is just so clumsy to use.

Wondered how I could store the tops using just the stock straps...
Failing that its a nice fluffy blanket between them

I thought the tops were to be stored in the same position they are on the frame top? In other words parallel with the car. If I recall, my 69 had the hold downs in a position for that configuration, it doesn't match the pic posted, apparently it has changed over the years. I was assuming they stored more or less leaning on the wheel well area and meeting in the center of the luggage area. Later..................B

Bangkok Den, Where did you get the rug with the compartment cut-outs? I haven't seen that.

The tops do fit side by side but they are tight and rub together, so I found it better to stack then top to top with a blanket between.

Here is the carpet insert.

Don't have a pic. But I have T-top bags that are padded and work & look better when stored. Never a scratch in six years.

For my birthday I asked my mom to make me up some t-top bags. I purchased the vinyl and fleece. She made up some nice black vinyl pouches lined with black fleece with magnetic snaps to keep 'em closed. She even surprised me with a set of crossed flag patches over the snaps. 'Course they were C6 flags, but I kept my mouth shut and thanked her for the wonderful present.

I told her she could start making them up and selling them by the box load but she said "hell no, those were a pain in the *** to make".

You can also get a 68-76 Rear Cargo Mat from Riks Corvettes in NC.
I have a silver one in my black interior just so I can find things back there.
