Bats, I also wanted shoulder belts. I bought a set of seat backs that had the pass through for the shoulder belts like stock set ups. Then bought a set of camaro rear seat belts off e-bay to use. The belts work great.

The belts look grey in the pics...they're black.

Hey Bats. here is the late model Camaro rear seat belt in my 69. The original shoulder belt mounted on the Vertical side of the wheel well where my bracket is bolted. The Camaro belts need to mount on top to work. They use an inertia latch.
I changed the buckles on mine because I did not like the generic look of the Camaro parts.
Also, if you do not have the rear quarter trim, those parst from a 70 and up work better for this conversion. The original quarter trim is smaller at the bottom because of the location of the original belts. The 70 and up shoulder belt units mounted on top like the Camaro unit needs to mount, and used a different rear quaertr trim with a hole in it for the belt to pass thru.

I think 69 belts from a coupe should work. The retractor mounts for the body should already be in the car. (They were in my 68.) You'll need a little chrome thingy for the top of the sear for them to fit through. They look lsomething like this <_> and they keep the belt in place over the seatback.
