Default California Stingrays Cruise to Cache Creek

We’re at it again!! California Stingrays will be cruising to Cache Creek on August 4th..sponsored by the North Contingent

We’ll Have lunch at the Resort then cruise to Lake Berryessa. Our toughest decision will be picking a restaurant ..maybe we’ll take a vote..maybe we’ll all split up…who knows..we’re so crazy!!

The route: I had planned to start the route at the Marriott, but the traffic for Marine World on that day is going to be, well...messy. We will meet at the Dennys in Fairfield on Pittman rd at 9:30am.

If it becomes really hot, we will adjust our plans/route.

There is no alternate date for this cruise. If it rains, the cruise will be canceled.
Please bring radios if ya got em

Post up if you would like to cruise

oh I get it dry humor There's more places up there to get "lost in the drink" than anywhere in California.

Cache Creek is in 95606. For those who plan to cruise after we visit the Resort, we'll end up in Napa. Some may choose to cruise then head back to the Resort. If you have the time and a money tree in your back yard.....and you plan to stay at the Resort....please check out the spa

Yes, I have the route putting it together and will update post 1. Looks like an hour cruise from Fairfield to Cache Creek, then another hour out of Cache to Berryessa. The ride out to the lake will be like the ride out at Big Sur.

450miles from long beach to there! Wow that would be fun but I don't think I can pull that kind of a trip off this year. I hope you have a great turn out and a safe run guys

Lets get together with Tod, Steve and anyone else that wants a voice in this and start planning out our local SoCal run to Big Bear.... I am thinking 8-25 or 9-1.

Interesting....there is no direct route from Cache Creek to Berryessa....there's the route through Lower Lake but I don't think it's paved all the way...then there's the 505 route through Winters....

As much as I would enjoy heading up there and hanging out with them fellers up North, it’s about that time of summer I will be floating around the Pacific Ocean somewhere south of the Mexican border with a cold beer in one hand and my fishin stick in the other. Have a great time boys!! We be a thinking of ya!

The route between Northwest end of the lake to Clear Lake is not corvette friendly unless you convert it to a 4x4. I was there last fall.
