My research indicates the 3927116 pulley was used on a multitude of GM engines including Chevrolet. From the late 60's well into the 70's the pulley was used on the Chevrolet engines 350, 396 and 427 engines.

Thanks Mike. Yes, that pulley was used on multiple years, multiple models and even multiple divisions!! But $35 is about right.
