Default [GA]FS - 1976 Stingray $4500

I have a 1976 Stingray that I purchased from a friend a year ago. At that time I was able to drive it from his house to mine (about an hour drive). Right now it would need to be towed because the master cylinder is not attached and I took one rotor off and it was too thin to machine, so I would not trust driving it. It starts and sounds good though. The interior needs to be redone. I have some extra parts including a '76 air cleaner, two extra seats, and a side fender to replace/fix the tear in the passenger side fiberglass. I would appreciate anyone who would honestly give their opinion on a reasonable price for this car. I am in the Atlanta, GA area, thanks.

My thoughts. All Corvette prices should be based on condition. Do some searching on the cost of paint and interior restoration...

btw, i have this piece for sale if you are interested in buying it and using it on you car

$30 shipped

We talked already. This car to me...is worth 2-3k only because most of the car is there. Just because it is a Corvette doesn't make it worth a lot. For $4500 you can find way better cars. Plus my imagination runs wild...so when I see the exterior and the interior in that shape, I start having horrible nightmares of what the frame, birdcage and engine compartment look like. I think you are never going to get someone to bite at $4500, when there are better examples for similar prices.

Thanks for the info guys. I already have a entire extra fender and side piece to fix the tear on the fiberglass, but thanks for the offer. If anyone wants to make an offer on the car I am willing to drop the price to make it more reasonable. I need to sell this car so that I can get the cash to do some work on my house. Let me know.
