I am posting this add for a trade for a 73 down corvette. I would like to trade a very dry and straight 1955 chevy 2dr sedan model 150 (no chrome), and a1957 chevy tri five chassis. The 55 is complete, less motor and tranny, and currently registered on non-op. The chassis is 1957 that will fit 1955 and 1956 with some front frame horn modifications (bumper mounts). The powder coated frame and components include: rebuilt differential (posi diff), rebuilt 700r4 (have some paperwork), over 6k in rebuilt roller 350 sbc by Valley balancing (have some paperwork), vintage air front pulley system with power steering and AC compressor, 605 box with 4 wheel Disk Brakes, new Holly carburetor, Sanderson Headers and coated by caps in in Fresno, new American, racing wheels, 17 inch front 18 in the rear, and much more. I bought this as a father son project I will not be able to get to, any longer have. The 55 and chassis are located in the central valley CA.
Combined values for the 1955 and the chassis of 24k? I would like to trade for a 73 and earlier corvette for my father to drive and enjoy.
I have a lot of pictures so I will be posting in a few.
