I need a performance rebuild on my trans
I need my trans rebuilt and I was wondering where is a good play to go!
PS If there is somewhere Local I rather do that and save huge on shipping charges! Like by Joliet area in IL!!
Any suggestions would be aprreated!

the tranny doctor offers a pretty good price on a hipo 700r4, you keep your old tranny too. shipping is less than $200.00. All total even paying a shop to swap in the tranny for you, you probably end up with a better tranny than having a local shop build it and at a better price too. check him out at http://www.thetrannydoctor.com

Jasper Engines and Transmissions is right next door to you in Indiana but they ship world wide. They will replace your with an OEM rebuild with the running changes/upgrades made in the 88 and later trans for no extra charge. They have a 3 year/36k mile guarantee. I have one and have nothing but praise for it. Call 1-800-827-7455 or check their web site at jasper something dot com ( I didn't write it down) I think they will install a B&M kit if that's what you want. Spend the money on a good torque converter like a Vigilante while you've got it out. :yesnod:
