I have a ways to go but just wondering what colors you think look good on a C4? Right now it's a metalic silver which looks kinda nice but needs to be repainted. I was thinking either red, black, or just redo the same color.

You are going to get numerous answers and red will be about 98% of all.
If you Vette is silver, I recommend to re-paint it the same color. Silver Vettes looks great, find a
matching set of wheels and you will be satisfied.

Bright or Torch Red would be my biased choice.
But if you're in Texas, where it gets quite hot in the summer, I'd stay with the original silver.

I would leave it the same. If you do change it, go with black, it's the anti-red.![Thumbs Up](https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

I am absolutely nuts about black cars. Had red ones and not a real big fan of red anymore. Silver would be a sharp looking color on a Vette. Keep it silver, especially in Texas, it gets d**n hot in the summer.

Keep in mind that you are not confined to Corvette colors. Mine is Torch Red, but if I repaint it I may go with a slightly darker/richer red, such as Honda or Mitsubishi red. Just make sure that you go with a stock paint from some manufacturer so that you have a paint code to match in case of a repair. Lots of beautiful stock colors out there.
