Did you send a datalog back to PCMforless after the tune was loaded?

It usually takes a few tries before they can zero into your engine.

Go back to the original dyno or basically accept the fact you dont' have an A-B comparison that is worthy of anything. That said you might consider spending some time to fine tune and optimize your current set-up to the best of your abilities but if you do so make sure any changes from here are qualified on the same dyno.

No different than flowing heads on different flowbenchs (even the same brand at different locations). Yes....in a perfect world it would be nice if it all read the same but unfortunately thats not the way it is out in the real world.

Hope you don't mind me being blunt but why beat around the bush....

I understand, and I allready booked a time a the other dyno, but its gonna be 3 weeks.

I know that their can be some varrience, hell I work with materiel and component testing every day,but this seems like ALOT, and I just want to know If I really have an issue to be corrected.

I just sent Bryan an email, asking for his help.

I need someone experiencd to look at the data I am goinna record, and then get a retune based on that.

If something really is way off, I hope to catch in the data log.

There are so many factors at play...

Maybe your Tune needs tweaking?

How does it drive.

The "after" run's measurements are exactly what I'd expect to see at the wheels with your setup.

I agree with everyone else, in order to make a fair comparison, it needs to be done on the same dyno with the same settings, and hopefully on a day with a similar DA (combination of atmospheric pressure, air temperature, and humidity).

Judging completely by the fact it moved the peak up by over 400 RPM, I'm guessing you're really making more power now than before.

For what it's worth, I picked ~25 horsepower at the wheels with the addition of a hotcam. I know there are better producing cams, but the hotcam is not bad as a compromise between power and drivability. My car made 354rwhp/348rwtq with your same mods and headers/exhaust with cats and an electric water pump.

Yes, I also belive that the cuve look like it should, the overall level is just to low....

As statet before, I have booked a time at the orginal dyno allready, and will datalog until then, to see if there is a real problem.

My 95 LT1 6 speed with LT EM headers, CC XFI 466 cam (somewhat comparable to the hot cam), corsa, beehive springs, PCMForLess tune, 1.6 RRs, dynoed at 322 rwhp and 335 rwtq. Considering that you are still running the factory manifolds and not running headers with that cam (not a particularly good match of parts), your second set of dyno nos. look correct to me.
Agreed, the first dyno numbers are too high for a stock LT4 - second dyno numbers look about right.

the second pull seems about right for rear wheel HP. My car put down around that with cam similar to the GM Hot Cam.
