hella headlights ,worth the money?

Hey , anybody switched over to the hella type headlights? if so can you give me your thoughts on them, good or bad. thanks brent317

Had them on my 92. Was a great upgrade and the glass lenses are cut to provide a much better light pattern over a stock type of bulb.
The stock wiring will handle 100/80 or 100/90W bulbs with no problems and as long as the headlight motors and gears are in good shape, they will handle the small extra weight.

I put a set of Cibies on my dad's '86 several years ago, and they're fantastic. Anything is better than DOT code lights. I'm sure that Hella's are fine, but I can only vouch for the Cibies. That car has the best headlights of any I've driven until I get my E-codes, which should be this week.
