Default Throttle Body Spacer - myth or magic???

In the relentless pursuit of speed, the captioned item recently caught my attentiion in the Mid-America catalogue. Juset owndering if anyone out there has used one and if it made a difference (MA claims to increase hp by 15-20 ponies). And if there was a difference, was it at the low-end, mid-range or top end.

Not worth it. From what was posted about it earlier, you will get the same answer from a lot of other people.

If you want some inexpensive mods you can do the following; Cut the lid on your air filter and get a K&N, if you don't already have one; throttle body bypass; take the screens off the MAF; gut the cat; and there are some others that people might chime in with.

Cheep mods. Nitros Oxide(NO2). THE MOST HP FOR THE $$$. I don't like NO2 but if your just looking for HP it works.

Nitrous is cheap in the beginning, but then it starts to get costly after you have to buy parts to accomidate it. Which I am finding out right now. I am running Nitrous Express.

Our runners are long ENOUGH on the L98, please don't go adding MORE length to them. :)

 In that sense. In theory, wouldn't that increase torque? Probably only .03ftlbs if anything, but still.

In theory it should, but at the same time it will decrease HP.

That is why I brough it up, because the part is boasted to increase HP. Funny if you think about it.

Hmmm... myth or magic... myth or magic....

Do you actually believe there is a magic anything associated with engines? :)

Well... I guess if you read LS1.com you might! :) :)
