Guys just came back and this is what happened, i put the key in ON to bring the window down and the fan was still ON.

Turned key off.

Then, i jumped and installed the old AC tube just in place, and both connectors that goes near the Cyl 6.

Went inside the car and switched prom, i put the original prom back in place.

Turned key ON , the fan was quiet now !

This is strange, because the fan was "on all the time" with the stock prom and with the new prom. So i'm 100% sure that the proms were not the cause.

Now i did a small test and disconnected both connectors from the AC Tube, turned key on and off, and fan was quiet.

So ...is it possible that just by putting the tube in place fix this ????
i didnt remove the tube but i would love to know what made this happen.

Thanks.

ps: yesterday i was on the internet with my laptop in the car.
Today i don't have enough battery to start it
Its charging now

I'm having the very same problem with mine. There is a wire coming from the fuse box that goes to the wiring harness for the fan motor. I'll try to have a pic up soon.
