I just converted my Holey kit to use a GM 7727 ECU by building a wiring harness. I got a lot of information on the DIY-EFI/GMECM website.
I'm having problems tuning. I don't have access to a wideband 02, and don't have the money for a dyno. I think my engine combo would breathe close to the same as an LT1 w/ported heads, LT4 Hot Cam, and 1.6 rockers; or an LT4 with the Hot Cam.
Does anyone have a BIN for a configuration pretty close to this? I've been able to get my lower RPM's (under 3500) pretty good. But, high MAP and upper RPM's are driving me crazy. I'd like a better starting point than the AUJP.
The full engine config is in my signature. I would tremendously appreciate any help.
Thanks,
Peter

BTW, that's Holley.... And, I forgot. I also changed the TPS and MAP to be GM replacements; because the Holley parts used a 9V reference - and GM uses 5V. I thought it might make a difference. The rest of the hardware is Holley.

I have an Lt4 hot cam chip that was burned by one of the big names. It is burned with 24 lb injectors. I can send you the bin if you can use it.

Thanks! I would love to give it a try. It would also be an invaluable learning tool - to use as an example of what other parameters must be changed (besides the spark/fuel maps) for a proper calibration.
Please send it to ppinto@ptd.net.
Thanks, again!

You guys still around? I'm looking to do the same thing. I have a 93 TA and I have an LT4 with a hotcam that I would REALLY like to run with SD. Anyone have an LT4 hotcam bin/tune they can email me?
