Anyone know of a write up anywhere on how to do this, I have done seaches and ther really isnt anything that I could find. Davemc1963-87conv - posted some great directions for me, but I am looking for something with pics. Thanks

For 1984-87 vettes: 1. Unfasten the slave cylinder bolts. 2. Position the slave cylinder at a 45 deg angle with the bleeder at the highest point. 3. Have a helper fully depress the clutch pedal, then open the bleeder. 4. Close the bleeder valve and release the clutch pedal. Repeat steps 4 & 5 until all the air is evacuated from the system. I have a Haynes $13.00 C4 repair manual I bought at Pep Boys, it has a great write up with pics.

Try this method first. It might work on the '87.
First suck out the brown molasses. Then install new. Leave the cap and rubber insert out. Slowly pump the clutch pedal to the floor a few times. If you want to see bubbles, have an assistant pump while you look.
