There will probably be hard feelings because I'm almost positive that we had a deal before anybody else. I didn't offer you $18,800, you countered back with that and I accepted. We had a mutual understanding and then you wouldn't contact me because you knew which deal happened first. I just wish you were man enough to honor the first deal that was made. I did contact a Moderator concerning the situation per forum rules:

When the seller's price is met, no higher offers can be accepted. If a seller negotiates a higher price with a member who did not win the item at his/her original asking price, the seller and offering member will subject their account to a permanent block.

A higher offer was acccepted after we made our deal breaking forum rules
