1998 C5 Convertible
Time to part with my C5 silver on black 1998 convertible. I have owned the vehicle since I ordered it from Kelley Chevrolet in Ft Wayne, IN. in the Fall of 1997. I have a $16,000 + offer from Carvana but rather sell to an enthusiast.: Asking price is $18,500.
33,702 original miles
Sebring Silver exterior
Black leather interior
Black fabric top
Window Sticker Details (I have the original window sticker):
Options Installed by Manufacturer:
6-speed manual transmission
Compact Disc Player Remote
Active Handling System
Dual Zone AC
Performance Handling Package
Six-Way Passenger Power Seat
Memory Package
Fog Lamps
Color-Keyed Front Floor mats
Issues that require attention:
TPM in one wheel needs to be replaced
I have both keys with fobs, but I can't program the darned things
Driver's seat has some forward travel (as do all 1998s) on hard breaking
I have babied this vehicle since new. Always garage kept and driven by no one other than me. Tires were replaced at about 25,000 miles. No dings, scratches or other imperfections, but a buyer would need to make their own determination. Engine bay looks like new. Has only seen rain on three or four occasions in 24 years of ownership. It found its way to Florida about 15 years ago and now sits in my garage in Naples, Fl.
Pictures provided to serious buyers upon request.
Car has found a new home.

For what it is worth, I can endorse the seller and the car. The seller is a straight shooter and a great guy. If I had the space, it wouldn’t be offered here.

I have Faced Timed with a couple of interested buyers so they can see the car in real time. Pictures sometimes don't reflect the car's current condition. My thought is that everyone using this forum knows what a C5 looks like, but I appreciate your comment.
