Nice ride and good luck. But why no test drive with you in the car without full payment deposit? I’ve sold cars 3-4 times your asking price with no such cash deposit needed before a buyers test drive. It’s just an 04 C5..

You state that the upgrades were completed in 2015. The work order you have posted as proof of the modification work being done is for a 2003 Z06 dated 02/02/2018.

In regards to: 1) the drivers side mirror (Electrochromic) starting to get a bluish hue to it
It is delaminating just like mine did on my Z06. I bought a new mirror (just the glass) on ebay and it comes with tape strips
already mounted on the back and you just carefully place it over the mirror and press and hold. The only down part
to this cheap (around $20) solution is that it won't be heated if that matters, but looks perfectly original.
Sticky air bag cover: very common
Get some lemon ammonia - I got a 2 qt. jug at WalMart for around $2-$3 and dilute with water. I forget the % of each but
you don't need much ammonia. Apply with microfiber towel and rub it in and then let sit a few minutes. You may have
to do this a few times depending upon how much goo you have. Works great. When complete, rub in some leather conditioner and you're done.
Can't help with your cd problem.

Any images of the driver seat on the outside where there is normally wear? Is Harmonic Balancer working without a lot of movement.
