I've had mine exactly a month and I'm already at $15k. Still have an engine to start building once I get back from TX2K11 also. And buy a new (larger) set of headers and x pipe. Some PFadt c/overs and sway bars.

Its an investment in my sanity. My wife knows better to ask. She's very used to my habits. Between the Jeep project, my F250 and the boat and the T/A that I just sold, she knows its a losing battle to bring it up.

I feel much better after reading your mod numbers.
After 10 years I only spent $70,000. I have not started on the
interior yet, and I need BBK. I have a feeling I will be ar 80k
pretty soon.

If you want an exact amount I'm sure the wife could tell you instantly!

Ever once in awhile I get "do you have any idea how much you are spending"

This is what I know, easily I could have a C6 Zo6 or maybe even a C6 ZR1.

I have kept meticulous records over the years (each Vette has its own 4 inch binder with receipts, and EXCEL spread sheets with all relevant information on mod/cost/vendor etc.).

As many, including yourself have found; the costs add up.

OTOH, it is only money, and the government prints more every day.

BBK Shorties:$400
MagnaFlow&Xpipe:$600
Vararam:$260

I gotta get a tune too, but overall not alot and it's all money well spent. Beats blowing it on drugs.

No way I dare adding that up; I'm scared to see the final $! It's at least 10k though.
