I have owned blue, several yellow Corvettes, black, white and several silver Corvettes so I actually like them all but I would only buy a black interior.

Before I owned a Vette, color didn't matter, I just wanted one!!! Now, there are certain colors that I'm very glad that I didn't buy.

I think it has something to say about the style you like.
I'm getting up there in ago but still like the bold colors, wild mods, and custom look to everything.
There are colors I think look faster, and colors like blue that I think give the vette a class look to it more than a race appearance but I will say this. Thank goodness we all don't like the same thing. Nothing would be special if we all thought corvettes were only red.

All Corvettes are not red. Give it up. One color I would never own... RED.

Absolutely, color matters. I've had Corvettes in red, yellow, black, orange, another black and now blue. Fell in love with the color of every one.

Honestly I thought I would care. When I bought mine my top pics were....

Nassua Blue, Electonic Blue, Black, Red

Bottom were Green and Maroon by FAR, then Silver and Pewter.

I ended up with a Pewter car and LOVE it. I have always hated the colour on like camaro and T/A's and then I saw mine with the black/polished dish wheels and loved the way it looked.

It looks amazing under at night and some parts of the day it looks like its just Silver. Many people on here have seen my shoots I post and they think its Quick Silver.

I still wish I had a Nassau Blue tho!

Yes and no. What I mean by that, is I have certain colors that I look for, If I were to buy a new Corvette, I would not simply walk in to the dealership and take what they had to offer. It would have to be one of the colors I prefer. Now on a used Corvette I would most likely be looking for a few certain colors, but if the car had all the right options, as well as low miles, I might not be a selective in the color.

Black or red for me. I hated black at first because it's hard to care for, but you get used to it.

It's a VETTE, who thinks about color!
Prefer some colors over others, but there are none that I would turn down

The only color I was picky about was the interior color 'cause that's where I spend most of my time and, once I saw the shale of my CE edition, I was sold. Good thing the outside was a blue that I could live with.

If I ever have some cause to have a repaint (insurance paying), it'll be white.

When I get behind the wheel, the only color I see is the green on the Christmas tree.

That said, I was looking for Electron Blue or Pewter when shopping around before buying my Arctic White bad boy, but the price and condition of the car were too good to pass up. I love driving it too much to care what anyone else thinks about the color, and from the number of compliments I receive daily it definitely isn't ugly.

I think the color is important. They just have a different "feel" depending on the color.

There are a few colors I will not own, and a couple of colors that I really want. There are a few cars that I have owned that are not favorites or the bottom choices just because I found a good deal on the car.

Interior color has a similar impact to me. It changes the "feel" of the car too.

I am looking for another car and I am being picky on looking only at 2 exterior colors and 1 interior color in a 2 model year span. That really narrows the field and it is taking some time to find one.

Defiantly not red or green...I wanted black or yellow, and I got the best one the black one!

Normally I wouldn't like yellow on anything but I just think it looks so sick on a Vette so I wasn't settling for any other color. The MY shade and the quality of the paint job makes it stand out.

I can make any color Vette look good.

I was more concerned with the interior. My wife had one color she said was a deal breaker. We avoided that color, and we are good.

I think a lot of it depends on the wheels which are on it at the time.

Doesn't matter to me, but I do have preferences. Condition and mileage is more important to me.

My last three daily driver business sedans have all been black with black interiors. I love the look of a clean black car however we all know the work involved to keep them looking that way.

When I shopped for my C5 in 2004, I was pretty sure I was going to buy a Mag Red II convertible. That was until I walked in the showroom and saw my MSG sparkling under the lights and it was love at first sight.

The only C5 color I would not consider is the purple pace car with yellow wheels. A nice collectors car but not my style.
