Default What hardships do you have to contend with today?

I'm working on the C5 today, and have a ton of work to get done. Of course things don't always go our way when we are working. What have you had to contend with today?

Me...

and it isn't even June yet!

South Florida huh? We've been having similar weather here in KS except now it's thunder storms for the last two and next 4 or 5 days. The main thing I'm dealing with however is my left shoulder. Rotator cuff massive tear from a fall on the ice in November. I'm 11 weeks into physical tort...er... therapy with 7 more to go and I'm not even supposed to hold a cup of coffee in my left hand. Several things I'd like to get done on the 02 but... I have managed to wash it twice, all with one hand which can wear you out. On the few nice spring-like days we've had I would like to have taken the top off and cruise a little but can't manage one handed. Still, I know a lot of people who are dealing with a lot worse so I'll just thank the Lord and look forward to better times.

Having to stand duty on a US Navy warship while it is a beautiful day out. Need to be cruisin with the top off instead!

So where are you located? You don't have a city listed.

Nothing except trying to stay dry with all the rain showers going on around here.

What hardships do you have to contend with today?

Well, let's see. To start with, I had to pick up that pesky remote to change TV channels, and then the day slowly got worse.

Had to leave my Vette at the dealership due to illness. Was supposed to pick her up today.

Bad day!

Thank god! Today only got to 94 with 99% humidity.

I don't know why I really consider it a hardship, since my shop has AC.

Two things I learned in the desert. AC is good. So is ice cream.

Wow...that really puts a crimper on anything you plan on doing. Will wish you a complete recovery as a speedy recovery already does not apply. All the best. Rob

Cancer, urinary tract problems, lack of a ZR1 Tr 6060 in my 'Vette, crappy dual Procharger intercoolers constraining the output on my FiC 427, can't bench press big weights like the old days.

Memorial Day blessings to my fellow veterans, especially PFC Roger Aitken KIA Vietnam, 08/13/1966.
