The Hella Micro DE lights are a Projector foglight with a nice cutoff to them. The Lenses are EXTREMLY durable. These have been modified to use H3 55w HID 6000K standard length bulbs. On multiple occasions, I've used these lights without the headlights at night. They throw out nearly 4 times the light of a traditional halogen headlight and in a nice pattern as well:

(shown mounted on OEM bracket with no modifications needed)

These are also the only foglight that you can do this to:

Included will be the Foglights with Hella mounting bolts and HID bulbs (installed) as well as a Hella Relay harness that came with my new driving lights. The Ballasts are not included. You can purchase a set of 55w ballasts seperately for ~$100 or you can use Halogen H3 bulbs.
Looking to get $150

Does it come with detailed instructions for putting them in? (not so mechanically inclined).

Hella Micro DE xenon with 55w 6000K. Has a driving pattern that's better for long range vision on dark low-traffic roads. Since the installation of my LVL projectors in the high beam spot, there's no reason to keep the fog-pattern lights.

I must possess these. Give me your paypal address and the money is as well as sent.
I could use a heads up for where to purchase the ballasts. Do the full conversion kits not normally come with 55w ballasts? I have a HID kit I'm removing to install the T84 housings, but I don't know the ballast wattage. Thanks.
Also PM'd.
