Just an FYI, GM did not offer stock chrome wheels on the C5. They are either the high polished wheels, someone has had the wheels chromed by an aftermarket company, or they are reproduction chromed wheels. Do the wheels have the GM logo on the back of one of the spokes - if so, they are factory wheels that have been chromed.
If I had to guess, those look like high polished wheels, but hard to say with 100% certainty.
You may want to add the date code for the tires also.
In any case, they are a nice looking set of wheels.
