The aerospace stuff knocks it down, but it still is there.
Also, this material will take a polish from sunscreens you drag across it's surface placing and removing them. I have some glossier areas at these drag points because I had no clue it was that delicate.

Some Dodge Challenger owners have experienced this problem on cars that are just a few months old. It becomes more obvious when it's extremely cold outside. Here are some extreme pics of this white residue...








You can see in the picture above where the owner started to wash off the film on the side of the dash.

I wipe with a damp cloth, then apply Lexol leather conditioner.
Nice look, and not shiny.
It doesn't stay nice long though.
Pretty frustrating.
