Default Static cling sunshade

We talk about these things every now and then, I thought I would snap a picture or two so you can see what they look like. They are somewhat transparent, so they don't block all the light/heat, but they knock it down a notch for sure. You get little air bubbles from time to time, I just put mine on when I took the picture, so I'm going to let it heat up then work them out. Last time I checked, they were about 25 bucks.

yup I had them in other Corvettes and thought they did the job quite well. I even had a solid top that I rode around with for a couple months or so. Now, I don't need the static cling...

I didn't have any luck at all with the static cling. I sent it back and got the upholstered looking head liner that attaches with suction cups. Turns out I have never had a need to use it so it sits in the sleeve in the basement.

Does it come of and on easy? I heard when you originally install it, its a PIA. But is it something that you would pull off and put on with ease?

on and off easily, had 2 from MidAm.

best way to install, take off top, lay upside down on floor on something soft, smooth on inside of roof.

hard way, do it while sitting in the car looking up and trying to keep it from falling in your face, as it will....

I have a static cling sunshade, but mine is not transparent. Solid black and it works well, besides the darn bubbles.
