Default Madvette Motorsports [June 27 update]

Corvetteforum's supporting vendor relationship with Madvette Motorsports has been suspended for a couple of days while we worked with the vendor to make sure all pending customer issues are being addressed. It appears those issues now have been addressed and I expect Madvette Motorsports to be returned to supporting vendor status sometime on Friday, April 15.

For the record, the issues with Madvette Motorsports were not related to quality of product, but centered primarily on maintaining good customer communications.

Because of the continuing issues, I'm going to suspend the posting privileges for Dave at Madvette and suggest that he not take any further orders until he can clear out the backlog of paid, but unfilled orders. I'll also lock all of his threads.

This is the second time this year we have had to take this action. Again, it doesn't seem to be an issue on quality of work, nor does it appear Madvette Motorsports has ever taken payment and refused to deliver an order. The problem always comes back to missed deadlines, unfilled promises and failure respond to phone, e-mail and PM messages from customers.

When Dave elects to respond on the status of his pending orders, I'll share that information with you. Meanwhile, please let me know via PM if you have a pending order that has not been filled so I can make sure your order doesn't fall through the cracks.

Default June 27 update

Corvetteforum no longer has a supporting vendor relationship with Dave Hale, Madvette Motorsports. If you are a customer of this vendor and have not been able to get a response concerning your paid and unfilled order, please let me know so I can make sure you are on the list I have furnished Madvette Motorsports.
