Insurance would be number one thing to look into. I think you'd need to be in a area that has a lot of car enthusiasts and DIY wrench turners. Somewhere in Texas would maybe be good. I'd say ask some military folks about it. I hear some bases have or used to have a DIY garage shop that you can check out while on base. They might be able to give you insight on how it worked. Maybe if you can find a good self garage out there already that has more then one location you can propose to them to go in on opening the shop since they have the experience and money. I always wanted a place like that but I also like having my own tools and want to do things in my own garage.
