I'll be buying a set also.........
Not to change the subject but your grand sport is a gorgeous looking machine, I am in love with the greyed out effect. Red brake calipers would look even more intense on that thing to match the red fender stripes.

Back on topic, the mats are a bit pricey. I will pass on them since I already bought a set of clear rubber mats that fit snuggly over my carpet mats. And I only paid $25 for them.

Why does your company NOT accept returns for Lyods mats? While others do?

I went to buy from your website until I saw the no return policy you have on these. I have a real problem giving up my right to return ANYTHING I buy online.

Rubber mats belong in a pickup truck....

For me, This would be like covering my brand new carpets in the house in plastic sheeting - and leaving it there!

The mats look good but I would rather replace my carpet mats a couple of times throughout the time I own my car, then have rubber mats.

It is only for the custom lloyd mats....

We will take these back if there is a problem with them and not used, they are not custom.

Thanks,

Jim

I can see your point....they are not permanent though, you can remove them at any time. I can see most folks putting them in during the poor weather months and taking them out when the weather turns nice.

Thanks,

jim

I didn't see this coming.

There's an overwhelming sense of negativity towards these mats. 47 posts and counting and very few people think they're worthwhile.

Well you can say one thing, when people don't like something, you know it!

I know they seem expensive to some, but even if Lloyds would allow us to do a GP (which they do not), there is not enough profit in these to offer them at 100 bucks shipped.

Sorry,

Jim

me neither

Funny thing is that on Friday we had 40 sets, of those 40 sets only 3 remain. Placed an order for 50 more today.

For every one person that vocalizes an unhappy or negative opinion there are 20 folks that may like something that just buy and say nothing. For some reason on the forums, people love to post negative feedback more than positive. No idea why, but it is just that way...... Especially with a new product that appears "expensive".

Mark my words on this, watch the "mood" of the thread change as people that ordered start getting the mats and post feedback (only 1 out of 10 will), you will see everything turn positive quickly, promise you

I would not of ordered 50 more sets if I thought for a second that they are not top notch

Who knows, I may be eating my words in a month and sitting on 50 sets of Corvette rubber mats, but I do not think so...If this thread is still going strong in a month, you know they are still selling like hot cakes, of not, you know I have a ton of rubber mats that I will need to offload for cheap

Take Care,

jim

What I like about Southern Car Parts is -They stick in there and answer comments we all make about their products. A good place to buy from.

I like them. Could we see a picture of what it looks like as if I was standing out of the car with the door open? A zoom out point of view?

Not too bad. I don't understand why there are so many pricing complaints. These are competitively priced with the perfect fit weathertech mats although the weathertech's seem to cover more carpet area. But then again, the weathertech mats don't have the C6 Logo either.

So what is the forum price, shipped? Cause everybody sells those on line for your price. I would place the order now if they are on special.
