Default Help with popping sound

2012 GS with about 5,500 miles on. Have a popping sound coming from wheel/suspension area. A little background:

Had Johnny O'Connell sway bars installed a couple weeks ago and took the car to the track for HPDE the next day. After the 3rd session, there was a noticeable popping sound coming from front left wheel/suspension area as I was exiting the track. Track mechanic was able to tighten front left sway bar by about 3/4 turn, took it out for last session of the day, drove it home, didn't hear any pop. The next day, it came back while running errands. Took car to shop where it was installed, they said it wasn't loose. They double bolted sway bar for me to be safe. This is a very reputable performance shop in Dallas and I'm confident they have torqued it correctly.

Over the last week or so I still hear/feel popping but it is not consistent and I'm not as confident it is in the front left of the car as I was with previous issue. I only seem to feel/hear it at slower speeds under 15 mph when the wheel is straight. I'm not a mechanic and have run some searches on here. Could it be:

Wheel bearing
CV joint
spline
???

In what order would you suggest trouble shooting this?

See if the inside of the front tire is worn badly.

The LF on my 09 w/Z51 had cupped badly on inside. Between 15-20 mph it felt like a bad wheel bearing.

Just had brand new tires put on last week. Tires aren't the issue.

You needed new tires in just 5500 miles?

If I owned a GS and had to replace the tires at 5500 miles, it would be a huge issue.

The factory end links are crap. They will cause a popping sound when bad. Put some quality heim joint links on there or you'll be replacing the links frequently. Could be your problem. I'd check there first.

I believe the Johnny O'Connell sway bars I recently had put on have end links:

Drove them really hard at the track on 3 different occasions. I could have drove them a little longer but they didn't have enough left for another HPDE so I ditched them. Stock GY tires blow.

Still sounds to me like its end links. I had heard if they are not torqued right they will still pop. It took me several times before I could get the drivers side to quit popping. This was after I replaced the orginals with the new design.
