I got my c6 vette at 20 years old. Im 22 now with a year and a half with my c6. I haven't got "flamed and banned"... yet. I been here since i was 18 with my c4 corvette.
As for your "Vettnessa", i like her wheels. But i like my "Ivette" more
Funny cause i actually made a thread about naming corvettes and having a preferable gender to them... i think it made it to the homepage on this site. Haha it was like a year ago or so.

Gee...where does one start??? Your screen name is "A Killer Stoner", and you complain because the older guys with Vette's give you dirty looks. It's an odd comment, because I wave at all Vette's, but could not tell you the gender or age of any driver I wave at, unless they are stopped at the light next to me. I just wave and smile.
Perhaps, you look like your screen name, in which case I would probably give you the finger as part of my wave.
Before replying, consider this...had you not brought it up, I would not have responded as I did. So, just maybe, you are bringing some of the dirty looks on by yourself...or, maybe not.
BTW, I don't think the guy with the gas question is concerned about saving money. He is more likely thinking, "Why waste it if I don't have to?", which is not the same thing.
