Le Mans Master
Just dropped the bird in the peanut oil. Never fried a 24# turkey, but the wife wanted plenty of left overs. We have another more normal sized bird that we bought already smoked. The crowd is just about to show up. Hope you guys enjoy Thanksgiving with family and friends!
