I just zip tie loose wire to other wires and they stay put.
Also take/cut off thick wire covering for about a foot of wire at end that sticks out of grill. Wrap with black electrical tape. When not in use put end cap on and thread backwards through an adjacent space. Nearly invisible, easy/easier than magnet and less visible.
