Default new 325-30-19 tires for $199 on Tirerack

I am not kidding, I saw this yesterday:

http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....e1=yes&place=2

Is anyone running them? They also have some Khumos for $396, they seem to be a good price.

Here is a comparison between some other well-known tires and these Generals:

Treadwear 380 too high for me, I would tather stick with a tire closer to stock of 220.

I think you could probably pick up 4 18x7s and some really nice 225 wides for that price...

i have them on all 4 of my wheels....GREAT tires for the money. longer tread life, grips better, and rides smoother than the goodyears. very stable at 160mph like the GY's

Wow!! from the responses that I am reading it looks like this tire is a total winner. I am definately considering getting a full set now, the stock Goodyear are very noisy and stiff..

the General's will solve that problem. you won't feel every little bump on the road. you will feel the big ones a lot less too.

I would guess these tires lack something in comparison to most tires sold for Corvettes. But it is a nice option to have for someone in dire of tires. I just ran into a situation where most tires were on backorder and I needed something to carry me back home. If I had a 200 dollar option, that would have been way better than the 400 dollar option I had to take. So thanks for posting the link, cause I had no idea. Cheers.

Back from the dead. I don't think that tire is made anymore.
