Default C6Z Shocks

Hi Folks,

Looking for input on shocks for my 09 Z06. Daily driver, no track duty.
DRM Bilsteins seem very well regarded and the go to replacement.
What about Johnny O'Connell shocks, they come as Pdaft or aFe variants.

Anyone have experienced input with either or boths brands.

DRM Bilsteins are great. 2nd choice probably just normal Bilsteins. Viking DAs are good also but more money.

You could not pay me enough money to put JOC shocks on my car.

I got the Bilstein Sports before I knew about the DRMs. I do many performance events and am pleased with them after 45K+ miles.
Get the DRMs if they are available (I think they are).

DRMs get a huge percent of our vote. A company that has them done to their specs for our cars, hard to beat. Absolutely love them, amazing around turns and my wife even asked what was different going down the highway. (She did not know i had them installed) Now that is impressive!

Get the DRM's if you can. If they're out of stock with unknown availability, get the Bilstein B8's (formerly Sport). I've been running the DRM's for several years, and it was one of my best bang for the buck mods. I had the Bilstein Sport shocks on my C5Z, and I kicked myself for not having made that switch sooner.

I did the DRM Bilstein's and the JOC sway bars. Notable difference over stock for sure.

U.M.
