Can somebody that has an US 09Z06 (HAS to be 09Z06 US model, not any other year) take a picture of the airbag labelling on your sunvisor and put up a picture of it for me? I want to see it and compare to the one on my CAN 09Z06.

It looks exactly the same, I was expecting it to be different somehow (like maybe Spanish on the US label but it's in French labelling just like mine).

Don't get it. My car is sold to a US buyer and my compliance letter for getting the car over the border to the USA states that the airbag crash protection labelling has to comply with the US standards but if they look the same WTF????

Not that I don't trust Albert above with the pic of his sunvisor label but can I get another US person with a US 09Z06 check their car and post up a pic of the label on the sunvisor?

No, how about a picture of the rear view mirror when your car is running?? In the middle bottom of the mirror glass there should be a lit up label "passenger air bag" with a "on" or "off" lit up showing in the mirror. TIA

Once I read the airbag sign, I realized I couldn't have kids because they can't go in the front seat. Bummer.

Depends on age, below a certain age no they shouldn't be in the Vette but after that certain age they can sit in the pass. seat the sensing system in the seat will know if someone sitting there is below a certain threshold in size and weight and will deactivate the pass. side airbag in the event of a crash.
