F.S. 2006 modified Corvette convertible
Supercharged Victory Red, power black top, ebony theater, 6 speed auto, polished alum wheels, stock tires and a clean Florida accident free title. $38,000
I purchased the car in July 06 from the original owner at 3,00 miles and thru the years has been modified upgraded and very lightly raced in 1/8 miles brackets. in July 2017 I replaced the tendon with a custom built Texas speed 402 on a new L.S.2 aluminum block engine which currently has 2,000 miles on it (42,876 V. 44,873) A Brian Tooley custom blower cam, GM C.N.C. ported LS3 heads, manifold, fuel rails, and boost pump. A new circle D Pro series multi dis. 3,000 stall converter, harmonic balance. Dynotech 1 7/8 longtube headers, 206 muffler and exhaust cats delete. The engine has a A & A vortex polished supercharger. The rear end is a built DTE stage 3, 348 with just installed racing diff clutch set.
Ordinary maintenance included new front leaf spring, spark plugs alternator, shock & strut assembly, fuse block, dyne force starter, trans cooler & fan, line lock and QA’ shocks. The car has been professionally mustang dyno tuned by Lashway. Over the last 3 years it has mode only (seven) 1/8 mile passes due to my health.
Grip is provided by a separate set of wheels and rubber. Weld skinny race master P 185/55 R 17 front and Hoosier drag slicks 28/10- 17 rear. Safety is provided by a 6 point chromoly roll cage (conv. app) and 5 point seat belt harness, and racing helmet, plus equipment and shop supplies. Car is street legal licensed, insured and with original window sticker both mounted track tires and street tires included. It is a very fast and consistent street or strip car.
