I would show up with the wife in my C6 and ask to test drive. Then proceed to pound the **** out of it after I dropped her off around the corner. Don't need an ER bill for a panic attack! (Especially since it would seem it's already been beat if that CARFAX post is accurate)
Of course I wouldn't do that to a private seller, but dealers are open season. And also not talking about burning all the rubber off, just get a taste of how the rich have it.

I feel that. If mine disappeared I'm not sure I would bat an eyelash. I even toyed with Carvana at one point to be done with it. The financial side of it no longer concerns me. Being happy is paramount.

Just because you think a repainted yellow 150k mile, fully molested in all ways car is worth 35, the market doesn’t have to agree with you. It’s only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. You have to ask yourself: Who is the common denominator in all of the failed purchase attempts. Same with this zr1, it will sell although maybe not for asking. Market will dictate or the guy will keep it. Cars are depreciating again. It’s not ever going to be worth more than it is today.
