Default ECS stage 1 e85 set up?

I知 running a Kenne Bell BAP with the stock pump now. Getting ready to pulley down, change injectors and cam swap. I have an ECS stage 1 e85 Fuel sytem I値l be adding too. Should I assume I should remove my BAP?

You don't have to, depends on how close you are to maxing the two out really.
