I though it was going to be a matter of removing the three bolts then pulling it down, but nope. I must be making this harder than it needs to be. I have the bolts out but can't figure out what else needs to happen to remove and replace it. Can someone please help me out? Thanks!

I think you have to remove all three pieces.

I have the side pieces off already but the center won't come out. Grrrrrrrr

OK, sorry I did not know that. I think you have to lift it up and back towards the rear of the car.

Thanks, you are right! Also, first you have to remove the lower bumper bolts so that you can get to a fastener on each end that holds down a tab. Once those are off you kind of roll it toward the rear of the car. I appreciate the help!
