Default Cleartastic..DIY people

just got mine in the mail today and was going to start installing, but was wondering if i really need to make the water mixture they call for or if windex would be fine? thanks for the help

I think you would get to many bubbles with windex. I just used a drop or 2 of dish soap.

You need the slippery quality of the soap. The amonia in the windex is probably bad for the film too. All you need is a couple of drops in the spray bottle.
