Start with the tie-down straps that "lock" into the Vette frame tie-down slots. I bought a set of such from a vendor here some time ago (sorry, don't know from whom).

any vette from c5 on doesnt have frame tie downs . factory requires tire straps. the holes in the frames aren't reinforced and may pull out during transport
Over the tires. E-Track straps. Make sure the trailer has E tracks before buying the straps! Some just have tie down rings.
If you look close at the left rear you can see how the strap clips into the track to keep it from hitting the body work. Ditto in the front.
Bonus points if the trailer has a winch. Be sure you have a plan to account for splitter height. Race Ramps and/or boards are typically needed unless the pavement in both locations offers the right approach angle for loading/unloading.
There are issues when you tie a car down using the frame of the car. It's better to tie the wheels down, that way the suspension of the car can work as designed.
Rule #1 do NOT criss cross your tie downs. If this is something you plan to do regularly buy your car a set of the tie down points from ZL1 Motorsports. With those you can use regular tie down straps from the ends of the car without reaching around your wheels. Wheel straps work well but are a pain to access with an enclosed trailer.
