Super nice car.
If you like it make an offer before it goes to the dealer.

If you trade and get the tax credit it might be the best way to go. That would be a pretty good chunk of change.

I mentioned it because the top KBB trade-in value for low miles and excellent condition plus the tax credit would be very close to your asking price.

Vegas$Vette,
The dealers are not necessarily going to get any extra for the paint coverings. Since the original owner put on all that PPF and ceramic, if you didn't have to pay for it, then you won't be out any money. The market for used cars continues to slightly soften so George's recommendation to consider the tax savings on the trade may help you claw back some of the lower dealer offer than trying to sell it close to retail to a fellow forum member? My only concern when I saw your beautiful car was the catch can. That little piece has the ability to void the engine warranty from GM and if it were me, I would have it removed if it is not a big deal to do so. Much good luck with the sale or trade depending on who ends up buying it from you. Hopefully, if the dealer kind of low ***** you, reciprocate and let them know that they need to make you a better deal because they are going to be paying higher holding costs on their floorplan for the Z06 if it does not sell as quickly as they would hope. You seem to keenly know the market based on responses to other sellers so you will figure out what is best for your situation.

I'll remove the catch can. No reason to have one anyway. I'm also thinking of removing the front splitter and side skirts that cost $3000. I assume I could sell them along with the Air Attack filter etc. I have all the stock OEM parts

That is a great deal for someone! Unfortunately I too found that add ons are in the owners eye. I’ve had corsa systems headers and the like on several of my trade same favorite dealer, he wants it stock to certify it.
Wife had a Lexus totally wrapped in protection, we bought it used 1st owner was over the top. Went to trade it on a new Lexus, manager used a paint gauge and said we don’t want it it’s been completely painted! I showed him the few edges that were visible, showed him the invoice with a schematic of the panels covered, he offered peanuts.
Wife drives a palisade now.
Good luck. If the z shows I’d park the 22 outside or at a friends before I gave it away.
Btw I traded my 22 2lt base, 79,500 sticker 23k miles, needed tires and tranny service and got 72, four weeks ago. Your price is a great deal for someone.

It's a great deal for a person that would plan on doing PPF on a C8 he was buying the same with the splitter, side skirts and other upgrades that cost approx. $15k or so.
So yes this is a car for the right buyer.
