I don’t think the paint formula is correct. Where is the blue? Tadge said AY had a touch of blue, which makes green.
See the part highlighted in red, weak green, that contains blue, by definition. The reflective primaries are magenta, cyan, and yellow, should be able to make all colors from those. In practice, they use other colors; because stable paint chemicals are not perfect matches to those 3 colors.
Not every shop will be able to sprayout this color. The VM 4381 Sparkle Silver is a limited use toner, and not cheap, which means it is not widely used so no bodyshop would buy it unless they had a color that called for it. I wanted to see what it looked like so I had a small amount of the Sparkle Silver sent to me from my supplier so we could do the sprayout and see what the color really looked like. I am going to get some good HD photos and video of the sprayout I did. My phone is not that good, I have a gopro that does 4K video so I will use that. I will try to get it done tomorrow for you guys.
And for the ones bitchin about no pics if I posted the SD ones I had everyone would complain about the low quality and how you cannot really see the "sparkle". I don't see you guys going out to the bodyshops and paying them to sprayout this color for you. Have some patience because I am doing this on my own time & dime and I am very busy. Custom color sprayouts like this one will run you $100 if you walk in the door of a shop and ask them to do this for you.

Ok, here they are, and for everyone that has patiently waited without acting like a toddler, Thank You and enjoy!
Remember, the screen you are viewing this on can misrepresent the color, so turn your brightness all the way up. Accelerate Yellow is an amazing color in the sun and definitely has a blue/green tint to it.
I tried to capture the silver metallic in it by shifting the angle so the sun would dance across the metallic. If you have ever seen the ceramic gray in person that is how the metallic in this Accelarate Yellow acts. You have to have the sun on it to see the metallic.
I also got my chip book out so you can compare it to a known Vette color, GC6 Yell-O tintcoat for 2019.
