It is wrong. The prices GM is charging for such small pieces is simply way too much. If you could make them for half a what GM is charging, you would have many, many customers. Why not be a price leader and take all the business? I don't understand why everyone that is jumping on the carbon fiber band wagon is charging more that what GM is. The aftermarket could walk away with the market if they priced it accordingly. Just my two cents, take it with a grain of salt.

I prefer the silver pieces on the doors because it looks good with the speakers, I also prefer it by the drive mode selector. But I would be a potential customer for the gauge surround in carbon fiber, that looks real nice. GM should have the transmission control surround in carbon as well, it is a pricey package for only 4 pieces. Easy pass for me since I only want the gauge surround in carbon.
