Thank you for the pics. A lot of blue and gold flake it looks like. Other than that its pretty much the same and not sure why they are evem changing the color.
The GM render made it seem like it was going to be a darker gunmetal color like the C8R silver. This color is just ....Meh.....
After seeing the renders, I was a bit surprised to see how bright Flare Silver really is. It is not much different in shade to the Blade Silver. But I get the impression from these pics that it (Flare) is more of a true silver color, and looks more like the actual metal. That is giving it the ability to shift by reflecting the surrounding colors (gold from the sun, blue from the sky, almost like a mirror in the pic reflecting the people in front of the panel, and how the blue disappears within a direct shadow). I wanted my '21 2LT to look like liquid metal going down the road. Seeing these pics and the flake in that paint, I think I will love my car. Just got a little more impatient.

Yeah, they only give you 12 choices. Pathetic! Tell me another sports car where there are 12 exterior colors....not to mention all of the other ways one could customize their C8.

Was very excited about this color considering i got push to a 2021. Not so much after actually seeing it next to blade silver. Blade silver is better. I’ll pass on silver flare!

They need a pastel type green. Leave silver silver.
That type of color with black wheels say a HTC and black nacelles or full top.. would look goooooood
