Can the winglets be configured to accept a flag logo 3M Vinyl without a bolt hole creating an air bubble ?

It would depend on the size of the vinyl that you are wanting to apply. If it fits under the bolts then you should be fine

The reason I asked: Clearly under the bolts isn’t an issue.I want the flag to fill the winglet.
Therefore I’m assuming that it won’t work.
I don’t see why they couldn’t be flush.
I’ll keep looking until I find a solution.

Find out the thread size and length and replace RPI's with flat head screws. They would probably be flush or close to it.

Hello, just to clarify a little more folks. We had to build 3 sets of molds (so we can build 3 spoilers per day). These molds are a total of 14 piece each (top and bottom for each part of the spoiler). We had to make sure our first mold was perfect (all 14 pieces) before we could proceed with making the additional 2 sets of molds. This took about 6 weeks to get perfect, which they are now and which we have 3 molds producing parts daily. We are catching up quickly with back orders and orders placed today (1/21/2021) are on our typical preprinted parts timeline of 5 weeks.

We simply didn't want to send out parts that might not have been 100% prefect. They are now and we are cruising right now.

Orders placed 1/21 will be shipping towards the end of February.
