UPDATE I sent PM 3/1 asking for update as I've had no communication from them. The reply says "in paint shop will check and get back to you...

Is anyone getting their orders from this company, any update, any communication?

Is RPI still slow in responding ?

Also, do we have any owners who have actually received and installed a high wing from them ?

Would be great to see some owner examples.

I've got a SF HTC coming so I wouldn't mind seeing a HTC with one.

This is the same company that hasn’t answered members queries regarding
Mild2Wild in another thread.
I have a 2022 C8 on order and was contemplating a wing and Mild2Wild.
My level of confidence after reading members feedback is quite low.
Fortunately I have several months before I need to make a decision.

Template was in with my wing. I ordered on January 2nd 2021 and received the wing March 10. Wing design and finish ( Carbon Flash) is very good. Had minor glitch in that two driver side outside stanchions were sent but they fixed it with express shipping of the correct one in a few days. I do not have my C8 yet so cannot speak to how it fits/looks when attached.

Painted parts are taking 5-6 weeks to get ready, and we are trying hard to make it for faster delivery.

No I had the issue today and it is Easter weekend, I just wanted to make sure they got back to me Monday. Don't not buy because of my post. I have bought several items from them over the years and this is the first time I'm having an issue with one of their products. However if it doesn't work out as it should I will post about it.

No you are NOT. I have heard nothing in almost 3 weeks and 3 emails on my mud/splash guards. I had to file a claim with PayPal and want to state I have received dismal and unacceptable customer service, no parts, and no refund. I was communicating with your Company by email, and at least getting updates on delay after delay.....ok so it is delayed but keep in touch with the customer or issue a refund and have them reorder when you can handle the orders. Instead you went silent for almost 3 weeks and 3 inquiries, forcing me to file a claim.

Wasted my time for 10 weeks and in that time I could have ordered unpainted and protected my car. Unacceptable.

Definitely unacceptable from ANY supplier let alone a 'Platinum Supporting Vendor'! I won't be getting my car for another 3 months, so I guess if I wanted to order something from them I should place it now!
