Hi fella C8 owners!

We had a soft launch of our rear wing spoiler about two months ago, we've been making, painting and shipping them daily. We are currently in a good position to widely open up our offering to the masses. RPI Designs has for 20+ years been proud to design, make and paint our products right here in Salem, Ohio. We heavily invested into these C8 Corvette Rear Spoilers and we couldn't be prouder of the quality and final product.

Some important details below:

• These C8 high rise rear spoilers are IDENTICAL to the original GM unit that was optioned on 2020 cars. We spent three months to find one from a C8 owner and bought it for way too much money so that we could make molds and offer this spoiler wing to every C8 Corvette owner that wants a quality built and painted high rise spoiler
• These rear spoilers are only available from RPI Designs and our two authorized dealers (Southern Car Parts and PFYC). If you see another high rise spoiler and it's not from RPI, SCP or PFYC, it's not our spoiler and most likely paint somewhere in China.
• Our spoiler comes as a seven piece unit, exactly like the original GM unit. This includes: (1 wing blade, 4 stanchions, 2 end cap winglets)
• Our spoiler is available in Carbon Flash Metallic and all C8 Corvette paint colors
• Our rear wing is available with contrasting stanchions. You can order the spoiler in any color and stanchions in another color
• Our spoiler comes with all mounting hardware
• Our spoiler comes with a detailed instructions sheet, along with a YouTube video for installation
• Mounting template for those cars that need to drill holes

Right now we are running about 6 weeks from order date to ship date, current orders might be a bit longer as we clear out pending order.

The photos you see here are on our own 2020 C8 Corvette. We used our Corvette as a test mule to make sure the fit, finish and look was perfect and we are very happy with the results. Some folks will opt for the spoiler painted in body color and stanchions in Carbon Flash Metallic like we did, other folks will go with a solid body color. Really, we don't think you can do wrong here, it's a personal preference and both options will be a good choice.

The appearance is IDENTICAL to the O.E.M. What about the materials? Thanks for a great job!

Thank you! We make these from composite, which is ABS infused fiberglass resin, with a gel coat top layer. Each spoiler is then washed, primed, sanded, painted with a base coat, clear coated and buffed to a high gloss shine.

Prob dumb question asked and answered previously -- are the mounting points the same as those on the Z51 OEM spoiler? Would hate to take that off and have exposed holes....

Since these are made identical to the GM OEM high wing, yes they use the same holes as the Z51 spoiler. There will be no exposed holes when installed.

Hi, we just finished our third mold. As we stated when you guys purchased early on, we were building the molds and told folks to expect orders to start shipping end of Dec 2020 (which they did) and that we would catch up to our typical lead time for painted parts, which is 6 weeks. Well, we are about there today and finishing all late orders, yours included. We don't have painted in stock, but we have plenty build in raw material, waiting to hit the paint booth. Please call us for any concerns you have and exact ship date.

Is the side skirt that small horizontal strip on the door or is it the aero add on that hangs out from the car on the sides?

That's the aero add on. We are coming up with a few designs before Spring, so please stay tuned.
