The 5th Diget shows 9=export (Non US, Non Canada)

edit: I had forgotten about foreign cars, so I apologize saying you’re 5th digit was wrong. I don’t think they always release the window sticker for foreign cars, that’s why I was wondering about that a few posts after this one. Sorry for the confusion.

Original message: Your 5th character is definitely wrong, as it should be a letter. I tried fitting it into the decoder assuming the rest of the info is correct, but nothing was working, so I think you probably have something else wrong too. Try re-checking your VIN.

Yeah, looks like his is one of a very few cars that were built a long time ago that still have no sticker. Very curious if he has his car, and if so, was it a foreign or Canadian build or something.

Also there was a hold in EU cars because of a turn signal issue,
I don't know if that applies to cars going to AU

The window sticker URL only generates stickers for US and Canadian cars. I haven’t been able to find a similar site that generates them for other markets.

On a window sticker printed at https://cws.gm.com/vs-cws/vehshop/v2...YB3D43P5133224 at the bottom right side corner, after the vin it says " reissue " just what does reissue mean??

It says that on all of them. I think its just because the original window sticker was printed at the factory, anything after that will be a reissue. Don't know for sure though. I wouldnt' worry about it.

I did some additional work with the window sticker download PDF file. Turns out you can use the PDF edit function and remove the "reissue" word. It then appears to be the original issue. The resulting PDF can be sent to Staples printing service and printed in landscape on 11X17 normal paper and the printing comes out exactly the standard Chevy window sticker size print. Mark the margins with a previous window sticker and trim them down to size. Don't forget the little rounded corners. You have re-created an original window sticker that is optically correct.

Yes you have to have an Adobe program that allows EDIT.
